The procedure of validations of new users is done manually assiging each parent access to content related to the calssroom of their son or daughter, therefore we can take 48 or 72 hours to make this validation.

If you are already validated as web user, you will see a menu in the “Private Area” with classroom access. You can view the classroom content and camera video.
